three days ago, I've contacted

they asked me the Registration Email, to be sure, I'm a real customer and I own a legitimate licence copy of flashfxp
I've given them what they asked, and no reply to my request after 3 days
It appears to me it is not a professional way to satisfy a legitimate customer
I don't understand what to do now, to have an answer to my question
If somebody here could contact the support for me, to explain I need a simple answer to a very simple question.
