The only improvement that i would really appreciate right now are sitespecific custom commands.

a lot of sites use different syntax due to use of different scripts or different servers for the same command. (f.e. different site dupe syntax, differnet admin commands for Gl or IO or whatever)

Right now i create a cmd-group for every site but it would be nice and comfortable to have all the commands on the first-level-branch of the command list which would be configurable through the site manager.
