This bug is with:

[17:43:17] [R] 220 Gene6 FTP Server v3.2.0 (Build 72) ready...
cannot create local folder, can't leech

This bug is not with:

[17:45:04] [R] 220-Serv-U FTP Server v5.1 for WinSock ready...
can create local folder, I can leech very well

I you send to me other server to test...
I will update info after testing some other server !
