I think the problem is that my FlashFXP doesn´t try to send an ident, it just tries to login without ident.

flashfxp isn't supposed to
send ident info during login. server is supposed to request it on port 113.
when you'll get that 'unable to listen to 113' error and you can't identify which application is using that port, grab
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/tcpview.shtml and use it to find out which application is doing that. then you'll be able to close or change it's configuration.
