Receive email notification when new file is available : - ERROR!

In Customer portal there is option:
Receive email notification when new file is available :

I unchecked it and press "Save".
Page reloaded BUT the option was still checked.
I tried several time - all the same - the option always was checked

Option: Receive email newsletters : works ok.

Maybe this is the problem why there is so many people posting in "You don't receive emails from FlashFXP.com ? Read here---"
