I reseted your password to try login using your account. It worked just fine.

Try using your username to login, not your email address. I see many login attempt done using your email address.

If you don't remember it, just reset your pwd and it will also reset your username.

*edit:
There was a typo in the custormer portal login script. You can now login using either your username or email address. what u described happened when using your email address and the right password.
