Default Not getting confirmation email

I have been a long flashfxp user, but never really bothered to update my ID or anything in here, until now that I actually needed it.
I went to the "Custumer Portal", choose to register a new login, put in my email, selected 1 of the licenses, and then it came up with a "Please answer your secret question to confirm your identify." but I never set up on, so it doesn't even have anywhere for me to write it and just a "Answer" and "Reset" buttons. If I click on Reset, nothing happens (since there's nothing to do in that page) and if I click on Answer, it takes to another page with absolutely nothing on.
Any ideas how I can get that l/p so I can upgrade the license?
