If you're storing your FlashFXP settings in your Application Data folder then upgrading to the beta version has updated all of your FlashFXP data files to the new file format. This makes the data files incompatible with previous versions of FlashFXP.

If this is the case then you will need to continue using the beta version, unless you have a backup of your settings that you can restore.
