Can I use FlashFXP to synchronise two folders, one local, one remote, i.e. when uploading website from my home PC?

I would want it to recognise files on the remote server that weren't on the local one, and offer to delete them.

Also there are several files I don't want updating or deleting, but the public are able to update these files theirselves, so I just want FFXP to ignore them.

Did that make sense?
