Default Problems connecting with Passive

Hello All;

My system specs:

* FlashFXP v2.1, build 924, Registered
* OS: WinXP
* Running behind NAT/router [x] Yes & Model: 2wire Homeportal
* Running firewall [x] Yes (See above)
* Running Antivirus [x] Yes, Name [Norton Antivirus 2004 Pro
* Network [x] DSL
* FTP server(s) name [ProFTPD], version 1.22

This is what I get:

Connecting to zonaxbox.com via Proxy (:21)

I also tried it without using proxy...

I have been trying to connect to my ftp server and I cannot... I bought FlashFXP because to me it is the best software out there... but if I cannot connect... Please, Pretty Please Help me!!! Also I tried it taking off Passive mode and I though I connect every 4 seconds I get an error of a file not transferring. This is getting irritating and frustrating. Please help.
