I just downloaded the latest version (2.1.924) and found a bug.

I open it on my 2nd monitor then minimize it to the taskbar icon, when I reopen it, it opens on the 2nd monitor but on the 1st monitor there is a little window in the middle of the screen with the minimize, maximize, close buttons.
The litte window is locked and cannot be moved unless you close or minimize FlashFXP.
