That's really interesting. FlashFXP was created using Borland Delphi, All Borland Delphi Applications have a hidden window for the main window. It's possible that this is causing the problem, though I'm afraid there is nothing I can do about it. You shouldn't have any problems with the standard Windows XP Task Switcher. I've never seen this problem with it.
