Angry Registration information

Before registering your software, I knew for sure when paying with paypal the registration key will be the paypals name account. So I emailed your customer service to make sure and asked if I can have a custom information. After I received "sure" reply from sales@flashfxp.com I registered the software with my fathers paypal account and then I sent the custom reg information. After 12 hours had pass I receive this email from order@flashfxp.com :

Hello,

I'm sorry but you did not consult with our technical support team. I am not
sure who you talked to. I have consulted with them and they have never made
such a claim. We will not modify an existing key once it has been purchased.
