I have a problem my isp. They some how blocked port 21 connections and the only think I can do it use a proxy server. When I finally find one that works, it gives me a
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (195,67,128,26,9,61).
Data Socket Error: Connection attempt Timed Out
Can anybody help me out on that. Or explain to me what a sock 4 or 5 proxy server is. I have found some socked proxy server but they are on port 1080 which is completly useless
