tried alternative fxp method and it still isnt workin

now i get:

[03:13:42] PASV
[03:13:42] 227 Entering Passive Mode (212,35,139,164,11,113)
[03:13:42] PORT 212,35,139,164,11,113
[03:13:42] 200 PORT command successful.
[03:13:42] STOR FILE.txt
[03:13:43] RETR FILE.txt
[03:14:04] 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for FILE.txt.
[03:14:04] 426 Data connection closed, receive file FILE.txt aborted.

why isnt it workin?
