If I may, I'd like to point you towards a company that a company that I used to work for has/had used. There are some very nice icons available and a few that would suit FlashFXP. IIRC (but don't hold me to it) they also do private jobs too.

Please don't take my suggestion in a negative way, it's just that I'd like to use FlashFXP more, but I find it hard to work with due to the lack of toolbar customisability and the rather large icons. Take it as constructive criticism on a
very good piece of software.
I'll take another look at FlashFXP in the future.
