Have you never heard of hotkeys? A large majority of what you're asking for (mainly extra buttons and stuff like that) are already bound to keys on the keyboard. And damn boy, you basically want FlashFXP to be like BulletProof FTP from what it sounds like. You don't like it, don't use it.
