i think that's a bad idea.
not only do you lessen the security by using command line with your password as PLAIN TEXT. but now you want flashfxp to always show your passwords in plain text? and what if somebody is over at your workstation? bye bye all your passwords.
if you are so afraid of forgetting your passwords, leave them blank and enter them each time you connect to a site.

don't be lazy and click on "reveal" check box each time you want to look at your password
