FlashFXP 2.0 has native support for SSL encryption.
servers you are connecting to will need to be configured to support SSL.
once server and flashfxp are configured you session will be 99% sniff proof

they will just see that you estabilshed a connection and that's it..rest will be encrypted garbage.
