Compiled with Visual Studio 2017 15.9.2 & Windows 10 SDK 10.0.17763.0 (Only for Windows 7 and above)

Changes :

Upgraded to OpenSSL 1.0.2q
Compiled with SSE2 enabled
By using newest compiler there is possibility of small performance boost
Reverted my changes because of reported crashes
