Those dlls are not installed correctly. Specifically you have the wrong dll's.. You need to download the v2.0 RC3 setup which will install the proper dll's in your FlashFXP folder where they belong. https://oss.azurewebsites.net/rc.php

FlashFXP uses a modified version of of those dll's.
