What version of Windows are you using? What is the windows locale?
What is the server software/brand of the server?
When you switched from Auto to UTF-8 did you disconnect and re-connect to the server?
Can you please reproduce the problem and then include a copy of the session server log (either in a reply, via private message, or using the
contact us link)
Right-click on the session status window and from the popup menu select copy to clipboard and then paste it when replying.
