I reviewed all recent code changes and I am not seeing anything that might explain it.
Perhaps the original problem was not 100% fixed, I'm not sure.
Please update to the latest build (if you haven't already) and let me know if this occurs again.
UPDATE:
Did you perform the delete operation in the local or remote browser pane?
Originally I thought local browser but after re-reading I am now thinking I misunderstood and it was the remote browser.
I will do some more code reviewing.
