Here's a quick fix

http://get.flashfxp.com/5.0/flashfxp_exe/ffxp5.0.0.3764.zip

Unzip the flashfxp.exe into your FlashFXP 5 program folder.

I am fairly sure everything is fixed but I need to do a little more testing before publishing the update via LiveUpdate.
