Please use the
contact us link and send me a complete copy of the ftp session log from FlashFXP, for comparison the FileZilla log might be useful as well.
Also make sure you turn on timestamps in the session window before hand, right-click on the session window and check "timestamps"
Once you have the log you can copy the entire content by right-clicking on the session window and selecting "copy to clipboard"
