flashfxp.key is created after you register FlashFXP the information contained within this file can not be used to register FlashFXP.

You can request your key via https://oss.azurewebsites.net/keyrequest.php If your email address has changed you can contact the email address provided. You must be able to provide poof that you purchased FlashFXP.
