I am not sure if this would work but you could try en-queuing a raw command to delay.
Right click on the remote browser list and select en-queue > raw command and then enter
delay 60
This would delay FlashFXP for 60 seconds before continuing to the next command, I would test with a low delay to determine if this even works for what you're trying to do and if it does then use the desired delay.
By having delay 60 as the last command in your transfer queue FlashFXP would delay 60 seconds before performing the "reset and retry failed transfers" operation.
