you can do this yourself very easily. make a copy of the flashfxp shortcut...right click and select properties. In the Target field, assuming its in default dir, it should look like this:

"C:\Program Files\FlashFXP\FlashFXP.exe" SiteName

when you double click on that shortcut it will open FlashFXP and immediately connect to the site. BTW, this is also in the FlashFXP help file under Advanced/command line options.
