Since upgrading to this version i can no longer upgrade. When installer gets to sites.dat i get "cannot install Sites.dat" error message. I have checked all permissions, i have full control. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

* OS [x ] Windows 7, [ ] Vista, [ ] WinXP, [ ] Other (specify)
* Running behind hardware router/firewall [ x] Yes & Model [ ], [ ] No, [ x] Not sure
* Running software firewall [ ] Yes, Name [ ], Ver. [ ], or [x ] No
* Running Antivirus [ x] Yes, Name [MS Security essentials ] or [ ] No
* Internet Connection [ ] DSL, [ x] CABLE, [ ] Other(specify)
