What connection type are you using for the server? FTP, FTPS, or SFTP

If its a FTP or FTPS server open the Site Manager > Select the site > Options Tab and change the character encoding to UTF-8, click Apply and connect to the site, does this solve the problem?

If not then disconnect from the site and then try changing the character encoding to ANSI.

If neither of those help please include a copy of the session log.

This can be obtained by right-clicking on the session window (typically bottom-right pane) and selecting copy to clipboard and then paste it in your reply.
