In jeza.ioFTPD.ZipScript.exe.config add
    <add key="TagAsFolderCrc32" value="false"/>
    <add key="TagAsFolder" value="false"/>

set its value to true if you wanna TAG created as Folders   
Replace all *.exe and *.dll files
