So I'm not sure what happened now but its working?

I went back to 4.0 to see if the missing file problem was there. It wasn't so I randomly installed versions leading up to 1615 to see if I could see the problem. I couldn't, all of them worked up until 1614. I then installed 1615 to verify the problem was there...except it wasn't anymore?

I guess the re-installation of something fixed my missing files issue

. On the flipside, my video launching stuff wasn't fixed
