Default "Folder does not exist" when uploading new folder with synchronized browsing on

Randomly, with synchronized browsing operational, I see a strange bug when dragging a directory to the remote side. So far this has included a directory visible in the left hand pane (uploading a new subdirectory of the working directory), and dragging a folder from somewhere else on the drive to FlashFXP's window unrelated to the working directory on both sides.

FlashFXP issues the following:

[14:46:50] MKD
[14:46:51] 501 Invalid number of arguments

It then complains "The folder does not exist", asks whether to create it/return to previous folder/turn off synchronised browsing. If I click Return to previous folder, the program proceeds as normal and completes the upload with no further issues, as if nothing had gone wrong.

I have never been able to reproduce it or find anything common in what triggers it.

FlashFXP 4.0.0 (build 1488) [RC 2]
Win XP SP3 32-bit
