that's great, and progress. However... that was only an after effect error. The real problem and initial error of concern is:

Compiled on: Jul 30, 2002
Object class: TFrmSite
Object Name: FrmSite
List index out of bounds (-1)

which happened prior to importing an apparently newly empty sites.dat.
