Haven't seen that error before, but it would be related to the shared memory interface so it's being triggered by a script since the server doesn't do anything with shared memory on it's own.

I would also point out that ioZS appears broken under x64 windows releases so not sure if you running win7 or win7 x64 but the latter I know won't work.
