2 things regarding this message.
generally it means that a server is configured not to allow fxp(site to site transfer).
however, instead of 1st ".150" ip one would expect ".100" since the server is saying 'i will accept connections only from your computer and not any other ip'.
so either its a bug in TVIX's ftp server or your router is messing with your ftp session.
make sure you configure tvix's ftp server to allow fxp transfers. once you've done that and it doesn't help, can you enable ssl encryption or move them to ports other than 21 on both of those ftp servers to eliminate the possibility of your router messing with ftp commands.
