i got a these log in SystemError.log when site rebuilding

database is locked
while executing
"DirDb eval {INSERT INTO DupeDirs(TimeStamp,UserName,GroupName,DirPath,DirN ame) VALUES($timeStamp,$user,$group,$dirPath,$dirName)} "
(procedure "UpdateDirs" line 12)
invoked from within
"UpdateDirs $command $virtualPath"
(procedure "UpdateLog" line 12)
invoked from within
"UpdateLog [lindex $argList 1] $virtualPath"
("PO03-19-2008 12:59:41 "..\scripts\nxTools\nxDupe.tcl" terminated abnormally

got these mass same error log but rebuild were works fine
any idea?
