The only thing that i've found, about the 'tainted by router or firewall message', is the following
one:
"Since your router is splitting your internet connection between more than one device, it doesn't know which computer to send some incoming information. You'll need to find out which ports to forward to the computer you are running filezilla on."
(I think you can replace 'filezilla' with 'flashfxp').
