The problem has reoccured.

Yes.

The stall is more likely to reoccur of its reloaded a list and is resuming upload.

Its not my router. The same problem is occuring at school through a university network.
Upload stalls on 'connecting to port" sometimes disconnects, then restarts after gap of minutes.

All help appreciated.
