cp /opt/flashfxp/FlashFXP/FlashFXP\ 3.4.1145.desktop ~/Desktop/

Latest bookmarks, sites etc can be find in ~/.flashfxp/backupXY directory. XY stands for current week number. Every backup is made when FlashFXP starts.
It won't run if you running other wine app at the same time. To be more specific it won't run if other than /opt/flashfxp/bin/wine wine run. Sorry! I'll try to fix this in a next release.
