The problem is however the commands need to be reviewed by us due to if someone puts commands which are malicious (such as deleting your files, etc) without them being checked, people will blame us for it

I must say that when I see some custom commands being published here, I always would check if the person is one of the forum leaders. Otherwise I wouldn't trust it. Because if they post it here, it kind of feels like it has been reviewed and feels more 'official'.
