now that you completly edited out ip from your 2nd log, it makes it extremely hard to be sure if you properly enabled alternative fxp...but from what i can see, you have not since in both cases you have

[R] PASV
[R] 227 Entering Passive Mode
[L] PORT 
[L] 200 PORT command successful

with properly configured alternative fxp, your [L] site would get PASV and your [R] site would get PORT
