ok, i have it solved now
i reinstalled cpl win xp
1st time, same procedure as before
2nd time, it works now cpl.
all i did was after installing xp, shut off internal firewall of xp,
and then installed flash as 1st prog., then others like burning,..
well, i got it sorted now but still have no clue why, nevermind
