Cant use multiples connection to any account.

ERROR message:

530 Login failed: Maximum concurrent connections for single host reached.

I have tried to change my (Hosts.Rules) to:

Code:

#       Default policy
#
#       POLICY  ACCEPT  CONNECTIONS_PER_IP
#       POLICY  DENY
#

POLICY	ACCEPT	-1

But still got this problem, any solution ?
