In fact, he's trying to help you. Pu$u is right, you won't get any help if you don't update your board profile to show that you are a foundation member.
If, for any reason, you can't update it manually, contact support@inicom.net and ask them to merge your customer portal account and your board account. Don't forget to include the required details (like both account names) in the message.
