Microsoft knows what error 10013 means

You should seriously consider upgrading FlashFXP as a first measure. And, while you're at it, make sure your board profile is up to date and linked with your customer portal account. You're using a beta version that was made available to registered users only but you appear as an unregistered user on these forums.
