So basically according to this error your connection is just dropped (or lost). Are you using any wireless network by any chance? The only thing that FlashFXP can do is like MxxCon suggested, enabling the send noops during transfer, but that didn't help you said. So it must have something to do with a not-so-reliable internet connection. (wireless is notorious for that, but a faulty firewall can do this too)

no, i'm not using wireless. And i dont have any firewall except router, which i've tried with out.
I've tried disabling my Antivirus program too.
You think it's my ISPs fault?
the wierdest thing is that it comes and goes too without that im doing any big changes.
