The problem disappeared for a while but came back today
yes i have noops on. both in general config and on the config for the specific site.
and its not taking 30minutes to transfer, that's one of the problems.

and as last time 80-85% of the file gets up then i get Timeout on some sites and Connection Reset by Peer on some sites.
