Don't try over HTTP just use FTP admin (default) login ioFTPD/ioFTPD (case sensitive).

Did u edit all the files?
..\etc\admin.vfs
..\etc\Hosts.Rules

Tip 2: If you get error when logging in, check ..\logs\Error.log.
