I actually do not understand what you're doing. From your post, I have no idea what version of ioBanana you are using (which is quite important here).
The paths you mention do not look good at all. You shouldn't have any windrop script within ioFTPD's directory structure. You may want to review that immediatly as it could lead to more serious troubles.
What's "vampier" skin?
Could you please provide more details. I would suggest reading the installation manual too as it looks like you've missed a few steps.
